Village of Melrose Culvert Repair - SR 613
The Village of Melrose invites bidders to submit sealed bids for the Culvert Repair project on SR 613 N of the Railroad tracks.
Bids will be received at the office of Maumee Valley Planning Organization which is located in theDefiance County East Building at 1300 E Second Street, Suite 200, Defiance, OH 43512 until 10:00 a.m. (local time), on THURSDAY, OCTOBER 22, 2026, at which time and place bids will be opened publicly and read aloud. Bids received after 10:00 a.m. will be returned unopened.
The contract documents may be obtained in the following ways:

2. In-person at the Maumee Valley Planning Organization’s (MVPO) Office Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, at 1300 East Second Street, Suite 200, Defiance, OH 43512. Please call in advance so we can have the bid packet prepared for your pickup (419-784-3882).
Bids must be submitted to MVPO by the bid opening date and time. Bids must be received in a sealed envelope titled “Melrose Culver Repair” and accompanied with a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code, subject to conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The Bid Guaranty Bond shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Bidders must comply with prevailing wage rates as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Bureau of Wage and Hour Administration.
The Village of Melrose reserves the right to reject every bid and to waive informalities, irregularities, and errors in the bidding to the extent permitted by law. The Village reserves the right to purchase material from the most economical source. Location of material and job site, as well as any other pertinent factors, will be taken into consideration. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening of the bids.
Maumee Valley community lands - legal rfq
The Maumee Valley Community Land Trust ("MVCLT" or "Land Trust") is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified attorneys or law firms to provide real estate legal counsel and property transaction services on an as-needed basis.
MVCLT is seeking a qualified attorney or law firm with demonstrated experience in residential real estate transactions, title and closing matters, foreclosure-related property acquisition, evictions, deed restrictions, affordable housing, and/or
community land trust transactions.
The selected firm will serve as MVCLT's primary legal resource for real estate related transactions and will provide and/or coordinate services necessary to
successfully acquire, maintain, and transfer properties. MVCLT does not guarantee a minimum amount of work or compensation to the selected firm. Services will be requested on an as-needed basis.
Interested firms must submit their statement of qualifications to Estee Blair, eblair@mvpo.org, Program Manager no later than September 15, 2026. The Scope of Services, Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Instructions for what your Statement of Qualifications should include can be viewed in the packet below. bunting bearings plant #3 demolition project
On behalf of the Fulton County Land Reutilization Corporation and the Village of Delta invites bidders to submit sealed bids for the Bunting Bearings Plant #3 Demolition Project.
Bids will be received at Delta Village Hall located at 401 E. Main Street, Delta, OH 43515 until 9:30AM (local time), on Tuesday, November 17, 2026 (per Addendum #2), at which time and place bids will be opened publicly and read aloud. Bids received after 1:00PM will be returned unopened. A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Walkthrough of the site will be held on September 15th at 10:00 AM.
This project consists of: HEPA vacuuming all building surfaces to prevent the spread of lead-contaminated dust during demolition activities; baghouse demolition and hazardous materials removal; and asbestos abatement and building demolition, with all materials to be disposed of off-property in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. A copy of the Scope of Work Bid Package can be obtained online at www.mvpo.org/bids. The engineer’s estimate for this project is $350,000 for remediation/asbestos/decontamination of the buildings and $500,000 for demolition of Building 3 and Bag House. This project is subject to all applicable Federal Labor Standards. This project is funded through the Federal Community Development Block Grant Program, Program Year 2023 and the Fulton County Land Reutilization Corporation.

The Bid Guaranty Bond shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety.

DEMOLITION Pre-qualification FORM
Maumee Valley Planning Organization assists the Defiance, Fulton, Henry, Paulding, Putnam and Defiance Land Banks in procuring and soliciting for demolition services. To make this process as easy as possible, your demo company must become pre-qualified. Once pre-qualified, you will be eligible to provide demo services for all 6 County Land Banks. If you do not become pre-qualified, you will not be able to submit bids or quotes for projects. Once you are pre-qualified, you will be added to our demolition email list, which receives updates when we have funds available to complete demolition projects.
To become a pre-qualified contractor, please fill out and submit the demolition pre-qualification form below. We will accept pre-qualification documents on a rolling basis so we cannot guarantee your documents will be reviewed and approved before any certain bid date.
