The Maumee Valley Community Land Trust ("MVCLT" or "Land Trust") is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified attorneys or law firms to provide real estate legal counsel and property transaction services on an as-needed basis.
MVCLT is seeking a qualified attorney or law firm with demonstrated experience in residential real estate transactions, title and closing matters, foreclosure-related property acquisition, evictions, deed restrictions, affordable housing, and/or
community land trust transactions.
The selected firm will serve as MVCLT's primary legal resource for real estate related transactions and will provide and/or coordinate services necessary to
successfully acquire, maintain, and transfer properties. MVCLT does not guarantee a minimum amount of work or compensation to the selected firm. Services will be requested on an as-needed basis.
Interested firms must submit their statement of qualifications to Estee Blair, eblair@mvpo.org, Program Manager no later than September 15, 2026. The Scope of Services, Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Instructions for what your Statement of Qualifications should include can be viewed in the packet below. All questions must be directed to Estee Blair, Program Manager by September 10, 2026. Williams COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
Bryan wastewater collection improvements project
On behalf of the City of Bryan, the Williams County Board of Commissioners invites bidders to submit sealed bids for the Bryan Wastewater Collection Improvements Project.
Bids will be received in the Williams County Commissioners Office located at 1425 E. High Street, Bryan, OH 43506 until 10:00AM (local time), on Thursday, July 23rd, 2026, at which time and place bids will be opened publicly and read aloud. Bids received after 10:00AM will be returned unopened.
This project consists of replacement of a sanitary sewer mainline, residential taps, and manholes. The engineer’s estimate for this project is $977,450.10. This project is subject to all applicable Federal Labor Standards. This project is funded through the Federal Community Development Block Grant Program, Program Year 2025 and the City of Bryan

The Bid Guaranty Bond shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety.
The Williams County Board of Commissioners and the City of Bryan reserve the right to reject every bid and to waive informalities, irregularities, and errors in the bidding to the extent permitted by law. The County reserves the right to purchase material from the most economical source. Location of material and job site, as well as any other pertinent factors, will be taken into consideration. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening of the bids.

Village of DESHLER HAMILTON LIFT STATION
Invitation to bid
On behalf of the Village of Deshler, the Henry County Board of Commissioners invites bidders to submit sealed bids for the Hamilton Street Lift Station.
Bids will be received in the Henry County Commissioners Office located at 1853 Oakwood Avenue, Napoleon, OH 43545 until 10:00 am (local time), on Tuesday, June 30th, 2026 , at which time and place bids will be opened publicly and read aloud. Bids received after 10:00am on 6/30/26 will be returned unopened.
This project consists of installation of a new stormwater lift station at Brush Creek . The engineer’s estimate for this project is $226,988.27 This project is subject to all applicable Federal Labor Standards. This project is funded through the Federal Community Development Block Grant Program.

Village of fayette water treatment plant roof repair
Invitation to bid
On behalf of the Village of Fayette, the Fulton County Board of Commissioners invites bidders to submit sealed bids for the Fayette Water Treatment Plant Roof Project.
Bids will be received in the Fulton County Commissioners Office located at 152 S Fulton St, Suite 270, Wauseon, OH 43567 until 9:30AM (local time), on Thursday, June 18th, 2026, at which time and place bids will be opened publicly and read aloud. Bids received after 9:30AM will be returned unopened.
This project consists of: replacement of damaged & deteriorated roofing materials, including insulation & underlayment. The roof will be upgraded using more durable, weather-resistant materials to extend the roof’s lifespan. The engineer’s estimate for this project is $197,000. This project is subject to all applicable Federal Labor Standards. This project is funded through the Federal Community Development Block Grant Program, Program Year 2025 and the Village of Fayette.

DEMOLITION Pre-qualification FORM
Maumee Valley Planning Organization assists the Defiance, Fulton, Henry, Paulding, Putnam and Defiance Land Banks in procuring and soliciting for demolition services. To make this process as easy as possible, your demo company must become pre-qualified. Once pre-qualified, you will be eligible to provide demo services for all 6 County Land Banks. If you do not become pre-qualified, you will not be able to submit bids or quotes for projects. Once you are pre-qualified, you will be added to our demolition email list, which receives updates when we have funds available to complete demolition projects.
To become a pre-qualified contractor, please fill out and submit the demolition pre-qualification form below. We will accept pre-qualification documents on a rolling basis so we cannot guarantee your documents will be reviewed and approved before any certain bid date.
