ABOUT THE LAND BANK

The Henry County Land Reutilization Corporation (HCLRC), also called the Henry County Land Bank, was formed in 2017 with a mission to reclaim, rehabilitate, and reutilize vacant, abandoned, tax-foreclosed, or other real property in the County. The Land Bank Board is made up of two County Commissioners, the County Treasurer, a municipal representative from the largest municipality, and two township representatives, as required by the Ohio Revised Code §1724.03.

BUILDING DEMOLITION

The Land Bank has access to grant funds for demolition activities throughout Henry County. If you have a property that needs to be demolished please fill out the forms below and submit to Maumee Valley Planning Organization to formally express your interest.

Demolition Contractors

If you are a demolition contractor and would like to bid on any future demolition projects, you must be pre-qualified. Complete the demolition pre-qualification form found on the Bids & RFQs Tab

Meeting Schedule

 

Meetings are held on an as-needed basis at the Henry County Commissioner's office, 1853 Oakwood Avenue, Napoleon, Ohio 43545. The meetings are open to the public. Please contact Diana Watchman, diana.watchman@henrycountyohio.gov or Estee Blair, plannereb@mvpo.org for the next scheduled meeting.
